Sarah Conde is the general counsel, managing director, and chief compliance officer based in our Boston office, where she focuses on legal and compliance matters. She is a member of the firm's ESG committee and is a director of Anthology. Prior to joining Providence in 2014, Ms. Conde was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Goodwin Procter LLP, where she advised investment advisers and private funds. She is a trustee of Lincoln School in Providence, Rhode Island. Ms. Conde holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
