Joshua Alexander-Passe

Joshua Alexander-Passe is the European legal counsel based in our London office, where he focuses on legal and compliance matters and is a member of the firm’s D&I committee. Prior to joining Providence in 2021, he was an associate on the private equity team at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in London, where he advised private equity funds and other financial investors on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and sales of businesses. Mr. Alexander-Passe holds a Bachelor of Laws from the London School of Economics and a Master of Laws and Business from the University of Law in London.
