Michael Gray

Michael Gray is a managing director on the investment team based in our Providence office. He is a member of the firm's ESG committee and is currently a director of Asurion. Past Providence portfolio companies include CDW, Grupo TorreSur, ikaSystems, Telcordia Technologies, Trilogy International Partners and Univision Communications. Mr. Gray also supports the firm’s capital markets activities. Prior to joining Providence in 2004, he worked for First Union Capital Partners, where he focused on media, wireless, and information services investments. Mr. Gray holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
