David Krantz

David joined Providence in 2019 as an operating partner.

David Krantz is an operating partner at Providence. Mr. Krantz currently serves as chairman of the board for TCP and is a director of Seesaw. Mr. Krantz also currently serves on the board of Boingo Wireless. He previously served on the boards of American Tire Distributors, CallRail and Cision Ltd.

Prior to joining Providence in 2019, Mr. Krantz was the group president for North America fuel at Fleetcor, a global provider of business payment solutions. Prior to joining Fleetcor, Mr. Krantz led the spin out of YP, North America's largest local search and advertising company. As CEO of YP, Mr. Krantz led a team of over 5,000 employees and grew digital revenues to over $1 billion and YP.com online and mobile properties to 60 million+ monthly unique visitors.

Prior to leading YP, Mr. Krantz served as CEO of AT&T Interactive, one of two AT&T business units that combined to form the new YP. Prior to AT&T Interactive, Mr. Krantz led AT&T's business development efforts within consumer markets and was also vice president of marketing and product management for AT&T's consumer division, reaching approximately 25 million customers. Before joining AT&T, Mr. Krantz held other leadership positions at GoDigital Networks, a telecommunications equipment company, AOL / Netscape and Pacific Bell. Mr. Krantz started his career at Proctor & Gamble.

Mr. Krantz received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.
