Jason MacRae is an operating partner at Providence. Prior to joining Providence in 2026, Mr. MacRae served as chief data officer at Capital Group, a global investment firm. Before joining Capital Group, Mr. MacRae held various roles at Amazon, including director of research science, leading a team of AI scientists and data engineers, and general manager of Amazon Lending, Amazon's in-house financial services arm. Previously, he served as global co-head of credit solutions at Morgan Stanley in London. Mr. MacRae holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Harvard University.
