Mark Jagiela

Mark Jagiela is a managing director of capital markets based in our New York office. He leads the capital markets function and is responsible for acquisition financing for new investments, capital structure optimization for existing portfolio companies and manages financing and bank relationships. He is a member of the firm's responsible investment committee. Prior to joining Providence in 2024, Mr. Jagiela was a managing director and member of BD Associates, the business development and capital markets team working with a leading private equity firm. Previously, he worked in the financial sponsors investment banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and began his career at RBS Citizens. Mr. Jagiela holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Tufts University.
