Mike Leonardo

Mike Leonardo is a Senior Vice President on the investor relations team based in our Boston office. Prior to joining Providence in 2026, he worked as Principal at M2O Private Fund Advisors where he was responsible for capital raising efforts among leading institutions in North America. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Harris Williams in their Private Capital Advisory group. He began his career at BlackRock advising institutional investors within the firm’s Global Client Group. Mr. Leonardo earned a Bachelor of Science from Elon University and currently serves on the Advisory Board for Boston SCORES, a local non-profit and service-learning organization supporting inner-city youth through sports and after-school programs.
