Nicole DeCristofaro is a director on the human capital management team based in our Providence office, where she focuses on talent management for the firm. She founded the Providence Women’s Roundtable and is a member of the firm’s responsible investing committee. Prior to joining Providence in 2018, she was a human resources business partner at Swarovski North America. Ms. DeCristofaro holds a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in art history and a minor in history and religious studies from Alfred University.
