Glenn Creamer

Glenn joined Providence in 1989 and is now senior managing director emeritus and a senior advisor.

Glenn Creamer is a senior managing director emeritus and a senior advisor based in our Providence office, having previously served as a senior managing director on Providence’s investment team. Mr. Creamer has been with Providence since its founding and has served on the boards of many Providence portfolio companies over his 30 years as a private equity investor. Prior to Providence, Mr. Creamer was a vice president of Narragansett Capital, which he joined in 1988. Previously, Mr. Creamer worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan. Mr. Creamer received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University. Mr. Creamer is chairman of the Catholic Relief Services Foundation and chairman of the World Affairs Councils of America. He is a director of various organizations, including the American Investment Council, American Friends of Jamaica, and Mustard Seed Communities. He also serves on the Board of Dean’s Advisors at the Harvard Business School.
