Rich joined Providence in 2017 and is managing director and chief financial officer.

Rich Franklin is Providence's chief financial officer and a managing director based in our Providence office. He is a member of the firm's responsible investing committee. Prior to joining Providence in 2017, he was a valuation manager in the deals practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston. Mr. Franklin holds a Bachelor of Science in corporate finance and accounting from Bentley University and is a chartered financial analyst.
