Rich Franklin is the director and co-head of the valuation and strategic analysis team based in our Providence office. He is a member of the firm's ESG committee. Prior to joining Providence in 2017, he was a valuation manager in the deals practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston. Mr. Franklin holds a Bachelor of Science in corporate finance and accounting from Bentley University and is a chartered financial analyst.
