Will Fowler is a senior associate based in our Boston office. Prior to joining Providence in 2024, he worked as an investment banking analyst at Lazard in the technology M&A group. Mr. Fowler received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in finance, economics, and real estate from the University of South Carolina.
